Renewed Spaces by Michele offers residential and commercial interior renovation and design services in Eastern Idaho. Services are provided by referral only. Acceptance of any project is at Michele's sole discretion. All services require a separate, signed written agreement before work begins. That agreement will govern scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and change requests.

3. Scope Limitations & Change Requests
Any renovation project carries inherent uncertainties including unforeseen structural conditions, material availability, subcontractor scheduling, and client-directed changes. These factors may affect timeline and cost. Changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds. Renewed Spaces by Michele is not responsible for delays or cost increases arising from factors outside its reasonable control.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, Renewed Spaces by Michele's total liability for any claim arising from services or use of this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Renewed Spaces by Michele is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

5. Indemnification

Renewed Spaces by Michele may photograph completed projects for portfolio, website, and social media use. Clients are notified of this practice prior to project completion. If you do not wish your project to appear in our portfolio, please notify us in writing before work begins. Photos do not identify client addresses or personal information.

Any testimonials displayed on this site reflect the individual experiences of clients who provided consent for their comments to be shared. Results vary. Testimonials are not guarantees of similar outcomes for future clients. Testimonials are attributed by project type and general location only to protect client privacy.
